Thank you for supporting Craft2Press LLC. Because we specialize in custom manufacturing and personalized fabrication, our policy ensures clarity regarding the unique nature of our products.

1. Custom & Personalized Items All items that are custom-made, sublimated, or fabricated to your specific requirements (including personalized text, custom designs, or unique material specifications) are Final Sale.

  • Once a digital proof is approved or production has begun, these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
  • We are not responsible for errors in the original information provided by the customer (e.g., typos in names or incorrect specifications).

2. Damaged or Defective Goods We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
  • If the error is on our part, we will provide a replacement at no cost or a full refund.

3. Non-Custom (Stock) Items For standard, non-personalized items:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations Orders for custom goods may only be cancelled if production has not yet started. For multi-stage fabrications, a partial refund may be issued minus the cost of materials already processed or time spent on design engineering.

Approval Clause: By approving a design proof, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the layout, spelling, and specifications. Craft2Press LLC is not liable for errors noticed after the approval stage.
